Relationship Expands Wealth Managers’ Access to Private Markets Products in the US Offshore, LatAm, and EMEA Regions
London – 28th November 2025 – PM Alpha, a digital infrastructure-as-a-service provider for private markets, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to provide indirect access to a suite of semi-liquid perpetual strategies (the “Strategies”) offered by affiliates of
Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES) (“Ares”), a leading global alternative investment manager.
Through PM Alpha’s platform, wealth managers across multiple regions – including US Offshore, Latin America, and EMEA – will gain streamlined and compliant access to Strategies investing in private credit opportunities in the US and Europe, as well as in private equity, infrastructure, and sport, media & entertainment companies and assets.
The partnership builds on PM Alpha’s track record in the US Offshore and Latin American wealth management markets, with strong emerging interest in Europe. To address regional regulatory requirements, the platform will offer tailored access points, including a solution designed specifically for French distributors in compliance with the requirements of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (“AMF”). PM Alpha believes there is significant wealth manager demand in these regions for sophisticated investment solutions and diversified asset class opportunities for end clients.
