Francisco Vasconcelos Pimentel is a Portuguese qualified lawyer. Prior to joining PM Alpha, he has, since 2015, worked in Portugal and London. His principal practice was focused in corporate finance and M&A, notably private equity transactions, cross-border, distressed and also with a special emphasis in the infrastructure and energy sectors.

Francisco is a Portuguese qualified lawyer, formerly in the corporate team at Travers Smith in London. He has spent his career advising major national and international private equity and corporate players in complex M&A and corporate finance deals, across sectors and countries, with a particular focus in the infrastructure space.
